Campsite Rules

We’re a small, family-run site with a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, and we want your stay with us to be a wonderful one.

Baystone Bank is not just a campsite – it’s a working farm, home to sheep, horses, dogs, and people. You’ll see children playing, tractors passing, and riders heading out on horseback. This mix of nature, animals, and guests is part of what makes our place so special. To keep it safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone (two-legged and four), we ask all visitors to tread gently, stay aware of their surroundings, and treat the land and its inhabitants with care.

By booking, you agree to follow these site rules along with our FAQs and, where relevant, our Dog Policy, Group Policy, and Covid Policy. These help ensure everyone’s comfort, safety, and enjoyment – including yours.

Please read these carefully, share them with your group (especially children), and get in touch if anything is unclear. We’re here to help you have the best stay possible.
