More Info Page: These are our some of our most popular pitches we have to offer with direct car parking included. The shallow stream running past is ideal after a long day of hill walking to soak your feet and cool off, also being an ideal spot for the children to play, (obviously with supervision). These are not electric pitches, yet you’re still only a two minute walk from the toilet, shower and pot washing facilities so you still have everything you need as close to ‘home’ as possible. Each pitch has its own personal fire pit, with wood available onsite – perfect for drying off your walking socks or cooking up a feast on a lovely Cumbrian evening.

Guest Access is varied for each pitch, as per your booking. Whether you can park up for the whole weekend on your pitch or deposit your belongings and use our car park, we offer a variety of options. With the Cumbrian weather being notoriously unpredictable, we may have to limit driving on the campsite to help preserve our sight for future campers, whereas in other areas there is currently no parking available.
