LM 45 – 65 
This is a big field with easy access, we do not have designated pitches just find a place you feel happy and pitch up! To get your equipment onsite please unload on the hardstanding area at the top of the hill and park back in the car park. If it’s been dry though, do feel free to ask the warden if we think it might be suitable for parking on your pitch. ASK do not assume! As per all the pitches on site if you get stuck when its wet we WILL charge to assist you in pulling your car out of a field and damaging the ground for other users, sorry. 
‘Big Mead’ Field is bookable for self contained groups of campervans only by arrangement. Please contact us directly to discuss staying here!


Guest Access is varied for each pitch, as per your booking. Whether you can park up for the whole weekend on your pitch or deposit your belongings and use our car park, we offer a variety of options. With the Cumbrian weather being notoriously unpredictable, we may have to limit driving on the campsite to help preserve our sight for future campers, whereas in other areas there is currently no parking available.
