Complaints Procedure

Code of Conduct

Noise pollution is taken seriously. We expect all guests to respect others and keep noise to a minimum, adhering to a noise curfew from 10.30pm until 8am.

Light pollution is also an issue here as love our wide open and often crystal clear skies. No campervan/motorhome exterior lights on at night please.

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the campsite and farm and the area you are staying in. Parents are responsible for their children, especially where the water is concerned; and children must be supervised at all times.

Safety and Risk Assessment

You must have read our Campsite Rules prior to booking and then prior to arrival please, and shared with your children and other guests with you, to ensure your stay here is as safe as we can make it for you and your family/friends/dogs. Our Risk Assessments are available upon request.

Wi-Fi/Network Coverage

We have NO WiFi here. Its rather lovely to have an off grid stay, bring cards and games. Mobile coverage is usually very good, weather dependant.

If you have any other queries regarding your stay, please contact the warden on 07456642155, visit the Warden’s Caravan, go to the shop or e-mail the owner at annie@baystonebankfarmcampsite.co.uk
